Product Description
With its seamless, one-time forming technique, carbon steel welded elbow incorporates a back arc protection design. This design includes the thinnest parts of the back that exceed the tolerance range, resulting in exceptional features such as leak proofing, shockproofing, and deformation resistance. The significance of these features lies in their ability to effectively ensure the safety and practicality of engineering projects.
| Carbon Steel Steel Pipe Returns 180 Degree Elbow
Carbon steel 180 deg elbow is widely used in various industrial and civil pipelines due to their high strict design and manufacturing process. CS fittings undergo multiple processes such as cutting, polishing, welding, and heat treatment. The unique design of these fittings allows for a smooth transition over an angle range of 180 degrees, effectively reducing pipe wearing and minimizing pressure loss.

| Testing Quality
Pressure testing focuses on the bearing capacity of the pipe under normal operating conditions, while blasting tests focus on its maximum bearing capacity and failure mode under extreme conditions. All are important means to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline system.
1. Pressure test
(1) The pressure test mainly verifies whether carbon steel elbow can maintain its integrity and function under a specific pressure without rupture or permanent deformation. Usually carried out in the production process of pipeline components, local defects, moisture and aging problems of pipeline components can be found.
(2) In the pressure test, weld 180 elbow will be gradually increased pressure until the predetermined maximum test pressure is reached and maintained for a period of time. The test is monitored for any signs of leakage or deformation.
2. Blasting test
(1) The maximum pressure that WPB butt weld elbow can withstand in excess of the design pressure, that is, the burst pressure.
(2) During the test, 180 deg elbow will be pressurized until it breaks, and this value is usually higher than the design pressure.
(3) Understand the performance of carbon steel pipe fittings under extreme conditions, including whether there are problems with material, design and manufacturing, and whether the blast of the container is plastic or brittle.
