| Y Shape Joint Carbon Steel Pipe Tee
Carbon steel Y-type tee is a common pipe fitting connection, consisting of three pipes, one of which is in the form of a Y-shaped branch with the remaining two pipes. The fittings are connected by butt-welding, which has good sealing and stability. Carbon steel Y tee is made of high-strength carbon steel material with high pressure and corrosion resistance; the branching angle between the pipes can effectively change the flow direction and speed of the fluid to meet the needs of different occasions; the fittings have a simple structure and are easy to install and maintain, and also have a long service life.

Wide Usage & Branch Easy Connection
Tee fittings are used where there is a diversion in the pipeline and are roughly divided into equal and reducer tees. Tee fittings have excellent sealing performance and are used for the connection and redirection of pipe diameters, especially for the connection of main and branch pipes.

Corrosion Resistance & Durability
To meet the needs of the project, stainless steel tee fittings have a dense oxide film, which can resist the corrosion of many kinds of acid and alkali solvents. Carbon steel tee fittings after surface treatment, can adapt to the water, gas, oil, acid and other different media transport requirements.
Exquisite workmanship
According to the different materials and properties, we have different processing technology. It is reasonable for stainless steel fittings to adopt hot pressing process on the basis of corrosion resistance. Carbon steel tee has ductility and stability and can be hot pressed.
Precise Laser Cutting
Qualified products that meet the requirements are needed. Line lasers are used for small diameter fittings and ion lasers for large diameter fittings. We also stock calibre gauges and tapes for testing prior to shipment.
