| Testing quality


Through the following test methods and equipment, the quality of stainless steel Y type tee can be comprehensively evaluated to ensure its safety and reliability during use.


Test machine

The most basic detection is visual inspection and the use of a magnifying glass to check whether the tee surface has cracks, pores, sand holes and other defects, and whether the size meets the requirements.


(1) Spectrum analyzer: used for chemical composition analysis to ensure that the material composition meets the standard.


(2) Hardness tester: used to measure hardness, such as Rockwell hardness tester, Brinell hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester.


(3) Metallographic microscope: used to observe the metallographic structure and evaluate the microstructure of materials.


(4) Tensile testing machine: utilized for tensile test to measure tensile strength and elongation.


(5) Impact testing machine: employed for impact testing to evaluate toughness and impact resistance.


(6) Non-destructive testing equipment: such as ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray flaw detector, magnetic particle flaw detector, used to detect internal defects.


(7) Pressure testing machine: applied for pressure test to check the pressure resistance.


(8) Salt spray test chamber: intended for salt spray test to evaluate corrosion resistance.


(9) Calipers and gauges: used to measure dimensional accuracy to ensure compliance with design requirements.
