The stainless steel threaded swing check valve is an automatic valve used to prevent the backflow of media in the pipeline.
1. Structural features
-Adopting a swing structure, it has low opening pressure, low flow resistance, and large flow.

2. Working Principle
The valve disc rotates around the rotating shaft and opens under the action of fluid pressure, and the fluid flows from the inlet side to the outlet side. When the pressure on the inlet side is lower than that on the outlet side, the valve disc automatically closes to prevent the fluid from flowing back.
3. Application areas
Drinking water systems, hot water heating systems, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, oil and gas fields, and agricultural irrigation systems, etc.

7 Methods to determine whether the seal needs to be replaced
1. Visual inspection method: directly observe whether the valve has obvious leakage, such as liquid or gas leakage.
2. Hand feel inspection method: by touching the surface of the valve, detect whether there is leakage, such as vibration, abnormal temperature, abnormal pressure, etc.
3. Sound inspection method: by listening to whether there is abnormal noise around the valve to judge whether there is leakage, leakage will produce high-frequency or low-frequency noise.
4. Gas leak detector inspection method: use equipment specially used to detect gas leakage, and judge whether there is leakage by detecting changes in gas concentration.
5. Thermal imaging inspection method: use infrared thermal imager to detect the surface temperature distribution of the valve, and judge whether there is leakage by measuring the changes in the air temperature around the valve.
6. Soap bubble method: after filling the valve with a certain pressure of leak-indicating gas, apply soap liquid to the suspected leak hole. The part where soap bubbles are formed is the part where the leak hole exists.
7. Special tracer method: fill the valve with a certain pressure of leak-indicating fluid containing special tracer substances. When the special tracer substances escape from the leak hole, use the detection device of special tracer substances to find the location of the leak hole.
