Product Description
Stainless steel threaded equal tee is one of industrial pipeline accessory, whise main fuction is to separate the medium passing through it. There are 2 types of production processed: forged and casting. Forged tees are formed by heating and forging steel ingotsand round bar then threads is processed by CNC machine. Casting tee fittings are to melt the ingots then pour to the mold and cooling. Forged Equal Tee has stronger pressure resistance.
| Advantages
• Stronger pressure resistance: Forged process makes stainless steel thread tees more firm and solid.
• Long-term Use: With excellent corrosive resistance, threaded straight tee pipe fittings can resist the erosion of corrosive media such as acid and alkali.
• Easy installation: Thread connection instead of using welding equipments
• Branch redirection: Ensure the balance and stability of pipeline systems
| Instructions
1. Preparation: Ensure that the required threaded straight tees and pipeline materials are prepared. Check their quality and size are qualified.
2. Pipeline cleaning: Clean the internal and external surfaces of pipeline, to ensure there are no dirt and impurities.
3. Package removal: It’s vital to check any damage or deformation.
4. Installation: Insert threaded equal tees into both ends of pipe and tighten the threads by hands. A wrench can be used for large size female thread tee fittings.
5. Non-leakage: Check for any leaks at the connections by pressure testing or other methods.
6. Fixing: Use brackets to strengthen tee fittings and pipes.
Note: The above steps are general instructions only and may vary depending on the application and piping requirements
