(1) Fine Craft
The reducer is a type of chemical pipe fitting that is created through the process of stamping. This involves using a tube blank that has the same diameter as both the large and small ends. The tube blank is placed into a forming die and pressed along the axial direction, causing the metal to move along the mold cavity and shrink into shape. Depending on the size of the reducer, it can be formed in a single press or through multiple pressings. In addition to using steel pipes as raw materials, some specifications of the reducer can also be produced using stamping technology with steel plates. This allows for the production of concentric and eccentric reducers, catering to the various needs of engineering projects.
(2) Capable Of Standing Wear
Butt welded concentric reducers are practical and versatile for connecting pipes of varying diameters, offering flexibility in pipeline connections. Stainless steel and carbon steel reducers provide excellent corrosion resistance, ideal for harsh environments. They are designed to endure high temperatures without deformation or harm. Additionally, their superior sealing capabilities effectively prevent water and other leaks.
(3) Strict Processing
Selecting the right material is crucial for a successful stamping process, as it must meet specific criteria to achieve optimal results. The material should have a smooth, flat surface free of layers, mechanical damage, rust spots, or other imperfections to prevent defects. Stainless steel and carbon steel are recommended for their excellent surface quality, reducing the risk of mold cracking or scratching during stamping. Additionally, the material should exhibit good plasticity and a lower yield strength ratio to enhance stamping deformation and enhance the workpiece's overall quality.

(1) CNC automatic cutting
CNC automatic blanking operation process usually includes: design drawing import, programming generation path, simulation verification, automatic machine blanking, finished product output, quality testing. The entire process enables efficient and precise cutting of materials
The new ash material is fully immersed and brushed on the stainless steel concentric reducer to minimize the damage to butt weld reducers during the extrusion process in the mold and reduce the surface defects. The semi-finished con. reducer is manually polished again to remove excess pitting particles on the surface of buttweld reducer.
(2) Sand blasting
Put the stainless steel reducer into the sand rolling machine. There is a cushioning cotton inside the machine to reduce the collision of weld reducer.
After sand-blasting process, a uniform layer of particles and oxide layer is formed on the surface of the SS reducer pipe fittings to prevent rust and extend the service life of the pipe fittings
(3) Soild solution treatment
Traditional solid solution treatment cannot completely eliminate the magnetism of the product. We use the most advanced nitrogen solid solution treatment to fully remove the magnetism of concentric reducer, so that butt weld reducer can better exert the performance of stainless steel austenite, thereby increasing the service life of weldedreducers. It's important that the effect of solution treatment is affected by factors such as temperature, holding time and cooling rate.
