(1) CNC lathes cutting
Using high accuracy CNC machine to cutt steel pipes and fully gray the carbon steel buttweld cross then manually polish the pipe fittings. It greatly minimize the friction and resistance during the pushingg process of the raw materials.Meanwhile, ash material fully immersed method makes the processing easier and smoother.
(2) Heating
Use medium frequency or high frequency induction heating to heat the cut tube to a certain temperature.
(3) Pushing process
The heated tube blank is placed in the pusher, and the tube blank is deformed into a four-way shape through the extrusion and thrust of the die. The pressure and speed need to be controlled during the push process to ensure the quality of the molding.()

Nect, the surface of carbon steel reducing cross is sanded. Large diameter carbon steel unequal cross are sandblasted by a suspended sandblasting machine to achieve Zero collosion, and small diameter pipe cross are processed by a crawler-type automatic machine. Specially the sand-blasting machine has internal crawlers with cushioning cotton attached to reduce collison of carbon steel cross.
