Product Description
Threaded 45 elbow is used to change the direction of pipes. The curvature radius of all elbow pipe fittings is R<=3D and the most commonly used are long radius elbow(R=1.5D) and short radius elbow (R=1.0D). The extensively used angles are 45°, 90° and 180°. Overall, internal thread elbow are produced according to the production standard of GB/T 14383 and ASME B16.11.
| Advantages
1. High space utilization
Threaded elbows fittings can complete pipeline layout in limited space, improving space utilization efficiency.
2. Easy installation and maintenance
The threaded 45 degree elbow does not require a large amount of process space, is easy to operate, and maintenance is more convenient.
3. Superior reliability
It does not require complex processes such as welding and fusion, which can effectively avoid leakage and damage at pipeline connections.
4. Strong structural strength
With reasonable structural design, high strength and rigidity, it effectively withstands the pressure and deflection deformation of the pipeline system.

Q1: What’s the threaded fittings?
A1: Threaded fittings are made of high-quality material such as stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and more, which is suitable for connecting high-pressure pipelines. It can be subdivided by over 10 types pipe fittings such as elbow, cross, tee, coupling, cap and bland, union, plug, bushing and so on.
Q2: What’s the specific standard of threaded fittings?
A2: GB/T 14383: It specifies the dimensions, materials, manufacturing, inspection, testing and marking of forged socket welding and threaded pipe fittings, as well as the supply content. Socket welding and threaded fittings are usually manufactured using forged metal materials of nominal size not greater than DN100 in industrial piping systems.
ASME B16.11: It sets out requirements for pressure and temperature ratings, dimensions, tolerances, standards and materials for socket welding and threaded pipe fittings. Guidelines for the selection of pipe fitting types and materials suitable for specific fluid use fall outside the scope of this standard.
