| Instruction


The following is a simplified installation guide for a stainless steel 45-degree angled tee:


1. Preparation before installation


(1) Check the tee: make sure the tee is free of damage and dirt.

(2) Confirm compatibility: the tee size and pressure rating match the pipe.

(3) Clean the pipe: remove contaminants such as rust and scale from the pipe end.


2. Installation steps


(1) Measurement and positioning: mark the position facing the wall in the upper branch pipe, and measure a certain distance (such as 36 cm) toward the pipe mouth to determine the position of the angled tee.

(2) Align the pipe: ensure that the pipe and the tee interface are correctly aligned to prevent pressure on the connection.

(3) Connect the pipe and tee:

Welding connection: insert the pipe end into the tee interface, weld and fix it to prevent leakage.

Threaded connection: apply sealant to the threaded part and tighten the connector to avoid over-tightening.

Flange connection: align the flanges, seal with gaskets, and tighten the bolts in a cross pattern.

(4) Check the installation: confirm that the connection is aligned and stable, without leakage or misalignment.


3. Post-installation inspection and maintenance

(1) Check for leaks: Check for leaks after the system is running, and retighten or tape if necessary.
