| Advantage
(1) Wide Usage
T-shaped fittings are essential components in pipeline systems, serving a crucial purpose when there is a need for diversion. These fittings are available in two types: equal diameter and reducer tee. Known for their exceptional sealing performance, tee pipe joints are primarily used for connecting and redirecting pipes of different diameters. They are particularly useful in connecting main pipes to branch pipes.
One of the key features of these fittings is their high stability which ensures reliable and secure connections. High stability stainless steel pipe tee fittings also possess excellent strength, toughness, and overall accuracy, making them suitable for various complex working environments. Industries such as chemical, heating ventilation air conditioning, petroleum, and gas pipeline heavily rely on these fittings for their efficient operation.
(2) Durability
With its dense oxide film, it provides exceptional resistance against corrosion from various acid and alkali solvents. Stainless steel pipe tee fittings have undergone surface treatment to ensure its adaptability to different media transportation needs. Whether it is water, gas, oil, or acid, tee fitting is equipped to handle the task. Both options offer reliable and efficient solutions for any project, providing the necessary durability and functionality required in the field of engineering.
(3) Exquisite workmanship
Considering the properties of materials and their intended use, various techniques are employed for processing. For stainless steel fittings, it is advisable to utilize hot pressured techniques due to their corrosion resistance. Carbon steel tees are known for their ductility and stability, making them suitable for hot pressing treatments.
(4) Precise Laser Cutting
Compliant and qualified products are essential. For small diameter pipe fittings, a line laser works wonders. On the other hand, adopt for an ion laser for larger diameter pipe fittings. Additionally, we provide a caliber rule and tape for pre-shipping testing purposes.

We have two technique to produces stainless steel reducer tee fittings, choose appropriate ones depends on the detailed requirements, material perproties and production conditions. The hydralic expansion process is suitable for the small size weld tees, while the hot pressing is more reasonable for the production of large size and thick wall reducing tees.
(1) Hydraulic expansion process
Hydraulic expansion processing features in forming at one time, well-proportioned wall thickness of the main pipe and branch pipe. It's befitting for low carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel and some non-ferrous metals like copper, aluminum, titanium and so on.
The tube blank is injected with liquid by hydraulic press and then extruded horiontally. The volumn of pipe decreases while the pressure increasing after extrusion. When reaching the rating pressure, the die is released under the dual action of side cylinder and pressure.
(2) Hot pressring process
The hot-pressed reducing tee has a wide adaptability to material, which is indeal for stainless steel, low carbon steel and alloy steel with large diameter and thick tube wall.
Firstly, flattening the tube blank to the size of the required doameter, opening pore on the branch pipe then stretching with the pressure of die. This process is also called radial compensation process.
