Product Description
Weldolet, also called branch pipe table, is used for branch pipe connection of reinforcement type fittings, instead of the traditional use of reducer tee, reinforcing plate, reinforcing the pipe section and other branch pipe connection type, especially in high pressure, high temperature, large diameter, thick-walled pipeline is used more and more widely, replacing the traditional method of connecting the branch pipe. The branch seat body adopts high-quality forgings, and the material used is the same as that of the linked pipes. The branch pipe and the main pipe are welded, branch pipe seat and branch pipe or other pipe (such as short pipe, silk plug, etc.), instrumentation, valve connection has butt welding, socket welding, threaded and other types.
| Stainless Steel Weldolet
Weldolets are the most common branch connection and are considered a butt-welded fitting because they are beveled at the end and butt-welded to a straight pipe. Butt-welded branch seats are designed to minimize stress concentrations and provide overall reinforcement.
| Advantage
Good corrosion resistance: Stainless steel weldolet is made of stainless steel material, which has excellent corrosion resistance. It can resist the erosion of various chemicals, including acids, alkalis, salts and other corrosive media, so it has good durability in corrosive environments.
High strength and pressure resistance: The stainless steel weldolet has high strength and pressure resistance, and can withstand high pressure and high temperature working environment. It can ensure the stability and safety of the piping system and prevent accidents such as leakage and explosion.
Good hygienic performance: Stainless steel weldolet has a smooth surface and good hygienic performance. It is not easy to breed bacteria and dirt, easy to clean and maintain, suitable for industries requiring high hygiene standards, such as food processing, pharmaceuticals and so on.
Easy to install: the stainless steel weldolet has a simple structure and is easy and quick to install. It adopts threaded, welded or clamped connections, you can choose the suitable connection according to the actual needs, easy to install and disassemble.
Economy: Stainless steel stub table has a long service life and low maintenance cost. Due to the corrosion resistance and durability of stainless steel materials, it does not require frequent replacement or repair, thus reducing the cost of use.
